About
After graduating from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York, Ian plunged into learning all he could about filmmaking and honed skills in writing, producing, camera work, lighting, post production, editing and 3D Visual FX animation.
After further study under film teacher Dov Simens and through the acclaimed Raindance organisation in London, Ian went on to produce and direct both short and feature length films with actors whose credits include Station 19, S.W.A.T, NCIS: Los Angeles, Dexter, Last Resort, World Trade Center, Flags of our Fathers, Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy, Phantom of the Opera, Silent Witness, Spooks and The Musketeers.
On the post production side, Ian has collaborated with industry leading composers whose work has been broadcast on the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, SKY and films such as The Magnificent Eleven, Egression, S.N.U.B and Tower of the Dead.
With an insatiable amount of energy, Ian brings an inventive and distinctive filmmaking style to every project he works on in order to create crowd-pleasing, thought-provoking films.
